I pray do you?

A lot of times i find myself being that strong person that god made himself. well strong people get tired to. I takes a lot for me to reach out and ask. however the first thing I find appreciate it a prayer. being on Facebook mixing and mingling has helped me to see the good bad and the ugly. and help me to rearrange somethings and some people. But it was there I discovered the power of prayer and of silence. yes that's right silence. the power of a calm tone and restricting the power we often give others and get pissed because they use the power. god is good.
